Viswayan Statement of Privacy

Viswayan is committed to protecting user's privacy and developing technology that gives user the most powerful and safe online experience. This Viswayan Statement of Privacy applies to Bikshan's Viswayan family of Web sites and governs data collection and usage at all Viswayan sites and services. Personal Information for User

At some sites, Viswayan collects personally identifiable information, such as user's e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. At other sites, Viswayan collects anonymous demographic information, that is not unique to user, such as User's ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites. Some sites collect a combination of the two types of information. Information collected at one Viswayan Web site may be shared within the Viswayan family of Web sites.

Viswayan does not associate sensitive data, such as User's race, religion, or political affiliations, with personally identifiable information. Bikshan is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on Web sites outside of the Bikshan and Viswayan family of Web sites.

The user's information about his computer hardware and software is automatically collected by Viswayan and may be shared with other Web sites within the Bikshan family of web sites. This information can include: user's IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Web site addresses. This information is used by Viswayan for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Viswayan Web sites.

User's Personal Information

Viswayan Web sites and their operational service partners collect and use user's personal information to operate Viswayan Web sites and deliver the services user have requested. Viswayan sites also use user's personally identifiable information to inform user of other products or services available from Bikshan and its affiliates. Viswayan may also contact user via surveys to conduct research about user's opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

Use of Cookies

For example, if user personalize Viswayan's pages, or register with Viswayan site or services, a cookie helps Viswayan to identify user's specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording user's personal information, such as billing addresses, shipping addresses, and so on. When user return to the same Viswayan Web site, the information user previously provided can be retrieved, so user can easily use the Viswayan features that user customized.

User have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but user can usually modify user's browser setting to decline cookies if user prefer. If user choose to decline cookies, user may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the Viswayan services or Web sites user visit.

Use of Web Beacons

Viswayan Web pages may contain electronic images known as Web beacons - sometimes called single-pixel gifs - that allow Viswayan to count users who have visited those pages and to deliver co-branded services. Web beacons are not used to access user's personally identifiable information on the Viswayan network of sites and services; they are a technique Bikshan use to compile aggregated statistics about Viswayan Web site usage.

Web beacons collect only a limited set of information including a cookie number, time and date of a page view, and a description of the page on which the Web beacon resides. Viswayan Web pages may also contain Web beacons placed there by Bikshan advertising partner, to help to access the effectiveness of Internet advertising campaigns.

Use of Third Party Ad Networks

Bikshan displays majority of the online banner advertisements to viewer on Viswayan Web sites.

In addition, Viswayan also allows other companies, called third-party ad servers or ad networks, to display advertisements on Viswayan Web sites. To do this, ad networks place a persistent cookie on user's computer. Doing this allows the ad network to recognize user's computer each time they send user an online advertisement. In this way, ad networks may compile information about where user, or others who are using their computer, see their advertisements and determine which ads are clicked on. This information allows an ad network to deliver advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to user. Bikshan does not have access to or control of the cookies that may be placed by the third-party ad servers or ad networks.

If user want to prevent one of these third-party companies from sending and reading cookies on user's computer, user will need to visit each ad network's Web site individually and request that user remove from its system.

Security of User's Personal Information

Viswayan secures user personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Viswayan secures the personally identifiable information user provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

Changes to this Statement

Viswayan will occasionally update this Statement of Privacy to reflect company and customer feedback. When Viswayan posts changes to this Statement, user will see the word "updated" next to the Privacy Statement link on the front page of Viswayan. If there are material changes to this Statement or in how Viswayan will use user's personally identifiable information, Viswayan will prominently post such changes prior to implementing the change. Viswayan encourages user to periodically review this Statement to be informed of how Bikshan is protecting user's information.
